How to do abductor hip stretch

Lie on your side. Under the lower leg (approximately between the thigh and knee), put the roller. Place the other leg in front of you, as shown in the figure.
Shift your weight to your lower leg and lift your foot off the floor, now you are leaning only on the roller. Relax your muscles.
Move down the roller until you feel a stretch in your muscles. Hold this position for 10-30 seconds. Turn to the other side and repeat the exercise.
