Lie down on the floor. Grab the kettlebell handles with your palm facing forward. The weights should be at the level of your chest. Perform kettlebell presses over your chest. Then lower one kettlebell, turning your wrist so that it is facing the kettlebell fixed at the top, as shown in the figure. Lift the weight up and repeat the exercise with the other hand.
