Place kettlebells on the floor at a shoulder-width distance. Get into a push-up position with your toes on the floor, and grab the handles of the kettlebells with your hands. They will support your upper body. The body is straightened. Pull one arm with the kettlebell back, bending the arm at the elbow, as shown in the figure. Reduce the working shoulder blade, fix the elbow. Lower the kettlebell to the starting position, repeat the pull back with the other hand. Complete the required number of repetitions.
