How to do barbell bench turns
Sit on the edge of a horizontal bench, holding the barbell on top of your thighs. Feet shoulder width apart. The grip of the bar should be slightly wider than shoulder width. Raise the bar above your head by straightening your arms. Then lower the bar to the base of your neck. This will be your starting position. Feet and head remain motionless. Rotate the upper body in the belt in different directions. Your oblique muscles should feel tense. Tip: Turning from side to side should be performed until the moment when you feel a stretch in the muscles. Movements must be slow. Exhale as you turn your torso, inhale as you return to the starting position. Complete the required number of repetitions.
