Select the weight with which you will perform the exercise. Stand in the middle between the two lower blocks, place the bench immediately behind you. Sit on the edge of a bench with your feet in front of your knees. Leaning forward and keeping your back straight, rest your torso on your hips. Ask someone to give you handles. Take the left handle with your right hand and the right handle with your left. The handles should pass under the knees. Hands will be spread apart with palms facing each other, slightly bent at the elbows. This will be your starting position. Move your arms out to the sides until their upper part is parallel to the floor and at shoulder level. Exhale while doing this movement. Hold your hands in this position for a few seconds. On an inhale, slowly return your arms to the starting position. Complete the required number of repetitions. Tip: Maintain the same elbow angle (10-30°) throughout the exercise.
