To perform this exercise, you will need a calf raise machine. Take a position in the simulator, bending over and resting your lower back on the pillow of the simulator. Place your hands on the handles and stand with your toes on the stand. Heels down, toes pointing straight in or out, depending on which area you want to work on. Straighten your knees, but do not "lock" the joint, it should remain slightly bent. This will be your starting position. As you exhale, rise on your toe as high as possible. During movement, the knee joints should remain motionless, only the calves work. Hold at the top for a second. As you inhale, slowly lower yourself to the starting position.
