Place the kettlebell on the floor between your feet. Grasp the handle with both hands. In a quick movement, lift the kettlebell up into a swing, tossing it slightly so that the base of the kettlebell rests in your palm, as shown in the figure. Throw the kettlebell in front of you again so that you can catch it by the handle with both hands. Lower the kettlebell to the floor and repeat.
