How to do dumbbell extension with supinated grip
Lie on a flat bench, holding a dumbbell in your hand. The arm is straightened up and perpendicular to the body. To perform this exercise, use a supinated grip with your palm facing your face. Place the other hand on the biceps of the working arm for support, as shown in the figure. As you inhale, slowly lower the dumbbell down. As you exhale, straining your triceps, return the dumbbell to its original position, straightening your arm. Perform the required number of repetitions and change hands. Attention: after completing the exercise, do not drop the dumbbell on the floor, as this may cause injury to the wrist. Bend your knees, turn your wrists, placing a dumbbell on your upper thigh. At the same time, lift your upper body off the bench, helping yourself with a swing of your legs. Place a dumbbell on the floor next to you.
