Set up a bench in a power rack. Adjust the required height of the racks. Get under the bar, placing it on your shoulders. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and turn your elbows forward, remove the bar from the racks, take a step back, arch your back at the waist. The head must be up. Pull your pelvis back, straining your back and shoulders, lower yourself onto the bench. This will be your starting position. Lean forward as far as you can, as shown in the picture. The bar must remain fixed on the shoulders. Hold this position, then straighten up, returning the torso to its original position.
