How to do french bench press using chains

To perform this exercise you will need two cable handles, chains and a horizontal bench. Fasten the handles in the middle of each chain and lie down on the bench. The arms are bent at the elbows behind the head, as shown in the figure. Elbows are turned up. Straightening your elbows, raise your arms up, holding the handles with a pronated grip. Hold this position for a few seconds, then slowly return your hands to the starting position.
