Lie down on the floor or on an exercise mat. Stretch your legs forward. Bend your knees and lower your outer thigh towards the floor. In this case, the feet should be connected, as shown in the figure. Now pull both feet towards you as close as possible. Hint: the legs should form a diamond shape. Now cross your arms over your shoulders. This will be your starting position. Press the lower back to the floor and as you exhale, begin twisting.
