How to do hip abductor stretch

Lie face down on the floor. Place one foot on the roller.
Rotate the leg so that the inner thigh moves onto the roller, as shown in the figure.
Shift your weight onto the roller, trying to relax your inner thigh as much as possible. Now move your leg over the roller from knee to hip. Feeling the stretch in the muscles, stay in this position for 10-30 seconds. Repeat the exercise for the other leg.
