Lie down on an incline bench. Take a barbell with a medium grip (so that the hands are on the bar a little more than shoulder width apart) and lift it above you. This will be your starting position. Holding the bar directly above you, as you inhale, pull your shoulder blades up, lifting your shoulders off the bench, lifting the bar higher. As you exhale, return the barbell to its original position. Complete the required number of repetitions. Exercise Variations: You can use dumbbells or a Smith machine.
