Exercise helps to work out the push of the barbell from the chest when performing a clean and jerk from the chest. Set the bar in the racks at the desired height. Take the barbell to your chest, placing the neck on the deltoids so that it lightly touches the neck. Feet on the line of the hips, socks slightly turned outward. Keep your torso straight, squat down, bending your knees. Don't roll your hips back. Return to the starting position by pushing with your feet.
