Choose a weight that is acceptable for you. Stand sideways to the cable trainer. Bend your legs. The torso should be parallel to the floor. Give additional support to the body with your free hand, as shown in the figure. With the other hand, take the handle of the simulator. This will be your starting position. Raise your arm to the side as high as possible. The movement is performed on the exhale. Slowly lower your arm to the starting position while inhaling. Repeat the exercise with the other hand.
