Lie on a straight bench with your head toward the cable machine. Grasp the handle of the simulator as shown in the figure. The arms are bent at the elbows at 90°. Elbows should not look to the sides. This will be your starting position. Perform a tricep press. Only the forearms should move. This movement is performed on the exhale. Slowly return to the starting position.
