How to do lying back thigh stretch

Lie on your back. The legs are extended forward. Bend one leg at the knee so that a right angle is formed between the lower leg and thigh. You can grab your thigh with your hands, as shown in the picture. This will be your starting position.

Straighten your leg straight up so that the foot is pointing at the ceiling.
