How to do machine rise

Adjust the machine to suit you. Place your feet under the footrest as shown in the picture and lie face down. The knees should be directly behind the stand. Start at the bottom of the movement. The back should be slightly arched, bend your knees, resting your heels on the stand. Keep moving until your torso is straight. Return to starting position, lower yourself slowly with control. Complete the required number of repetitions.
