How to do one-arm kettlebell snatch

This is one of the basic kettlebell lifting exercises. Stand straight, feet wider than shoulder line. Take the kettlebell in your hand as shown in the picture. The hand should be relaxed. Take the weight behind your legs to give maximum acceleration to the snatch and, without bending your arm at the elbow, raise it above your head. Lower your arm down and, without bending it, take the weight behind your legs. Repeat the exercise.
