How to do overhead curl
Choose the same amount of weight on both sides of the cable machine. Adjust the cables so that the handlebars are above shoulder height. Stand in the middle of the frame and grab the handles with an underhand grip (palms facing the ceiling). Arms are fully extended and parallel to the floor. Legs shoulder width apart. The body is in line with the handles. This will be your starting position. As you exhale, slowly bend your arms until your forearm touches your biceps. On an inhale, return your arms to the starting position. Tip: Your torso must be still. Only the forearms move. Complete the required number of repetitions. Variations: the exercise can be performed using one handle, changing hands.
