How to do overhead snatch

Exercise helps to practice the barbell snatch. Place the barbell at the back of your shoulders. Feet slightly wider than shoulder width. The toes are slightly turned outward, as in a squat position. Begin to lower yourself by bending your knees. In the jump, unload the barbell, feed the torso under the bar, holding the barbell above your head with outstretched arms, perform a full squat. Return to starting position.
