Place the kettlebell on the floor between your feet. Grab the handle. Lift the kettlebell up in a quick motion by tossing it slightly so that the base of the kettlebell rests in your palm, as shown in the figure. Throw the kettlebell in front of you again so that you catch it by the handle. Lower the kettlebell to the floor and repeat. Do the exercise with the other hand.
