Sit on the floor with your back straight. Have your partner stand in the back as shown in the picture. Close your hands at the back of your head and pull your elbows back as far as possible. The partner should fix your elbows. This will be your starting position. Gently push your elbows forward for about 10 seconds (or more) while continuing to keep your palms behind your head. Your partner should keep your elbows still in place. Now relax your muscles as your partner gently pulls your elbows back. This should not cause you discomfort.
