Lie on the floor face down. Place the foam roller under the leg, on the middle of the thigh, as shown in the picture. Raise your foot. Try to relax your leg as much as possible. This will be your starting position.
Roll forward while keeping your weight on your hands. Hold this position for 10-30 seconds. Repeat with the other leg.
