How to do quadriceps stretch

Kneel down and place your palms on the floor. Then lift your leg and grab your ankle with your hand as shown in the picture.

The leg should be bent at the knee, pull the ankle towards you to stretch the front of the thighs and flexors.

Focus on stretching your thigh muscles. Hold this position for 10-20 seconds, then repeat the exercise with the other leg.
