How to do seated calf stretch

Sit on an exercise mat. Bend one leg at the knee and rest on the floor of the feet to maintain balance, as shown in the figure. Straighten your other leg, stretching your ankle. Using an expander, a towel, or your hand (if you can reach your foot with your palm), pull the sock towards you. Hold this position for 10-20 seconds, then stretch with the other leg.
