Grip the horizontal bar. Hands slightly wider than shoulder line. The legs are bent at the knees and crossed (shown in the figure). You can use gloves to take pressure off your hands. This will be your starting position. Without sudden movements, pull the body up so that the chin touches the left hand. Touch your chin to your right hand. Lower yourself to the starting position.
