Sit on a gym mat with your right leg extended in front of you. Bend your left leg so that the foot rests on the inside of the thigh of the right leg, as shown in the figure.
Bend forward, grasping the ankle of the outstretched leg until you feel a stretch in the muscles of the back of the thigh. Hold this position for 15 seconds, then repeat the stretch with the other leg.
