How to do standing calf stretch

Put the heel of the right foot on the step (on the stand). Straighten your knee, lean forward and grab the toe of your foot with your right hand as shown. Left knee slightly bent, back straight.
Shift your weight onto your left leg and rest on your thigh with your left hand.
Pull the toe of your right foot towards you until you feel a stretch in the calf muscles. Change your leg.
