How to do static chest exercise

Sitting or standing, bend your arms at a right angle and join them directly in front of you at chest level, as shown in the figure. Hint: palms should be closed, and fingers pointing forward, perpendicular to the torso. Apply pressure and push both hands against each other. Start with low pressure and slowly increase it. Breathe normally during the exercise. Hold your hands in this position for the required amount of time. Reduce pressure slowly. Relax and repeat. Variations: You can change the angle of your elbows.
