Writing primarily engages the arm muscles. Sit at a table with your back straight and shoulders relaxed. Take a pen or pencil and a sheet of paper. Start writing text, moving your hand at a moderately fast pace. While performing the exercise, try to keep your hand slightly elevated or only lightly touching the table to increase the load on the shoulder muscles. Write continuously without long pauses. To intensify the exercise, you can periodically switch hands or write using larger movements.
