Recipe preparation

Preheat oven to 180 ° C.

Rinse the chicken carcass well and pat dry with napkins.

Peel the cloves of garlic, put them in a mortar and, adding salt to the garlic, crush into a gruel.

In a separate bowl, mix the wine, cream, add the garlic gruel here and mix well.

Now half of the cooked marinade needs to be injected into the chicken meat with a syringe.

Herbs (thyme and sage leaves) should be placed under the skin of the chicken.

Place the chicken in the baking dish, and spread the thyme sprigs on top of the carcass and drizzle lightly with olive oil.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 50-60 minutes.
