Recipe preparation
Grate the cheese.
Finely chop the greens.
Mix the cheese with herbs, put in a small saucepan, put in a water bath and heat, stirring occasionally, until the cheese melts.
We spread the cheese mass between two layers of cling film and roll it out with a rolling pin into a thin layer.
Thinly cut the fish into strips.
Remove the top film and put the fish on a layer of rolled cheese and roll it into a roll.
Put the finished roll in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Then remove the film, cut it diagonally, lay it out on a dish and decorate.
