Recipe preparation
Soak 15g of gelatin in soda for 10 minutes,
Add 6 tablets of sweetener and citric acid to the soda, heat until the gelatin dissolves.
Pour into a mold and allow to harden.
Soak 10g of gelatin in cold water.
Add 4 tablets of sweetener and vanilla to the cream, heat to a boil.
Add gelatin soaked in water, stir until dissolved, remove from the stove and let cool.
Remove the jelly from the soda from the mold (dip the mold in boiling water for a few seconds and turn it over on the board).
Cut into 1-2cm pieces.
Put in a mold, set with cooled cream, stir.
Refrigerate until solid.
