Recipe preparation

Wash the daikon, cut off the skin.

Cut into strips.

You can cut the green skin off the cucumber, also cut into strips or thin plates.

Fold the cucumber straws into a bowl, season with salt, then squeeze.

Combine daikon and cucumber in a salad bowl, add a mixture of Italian herbs, pour over with nut butter and stir.

Let stand in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, then serve.
