You can take immediately prepared steaks or make them yourself by chopping a large turkey shank across into portioned pieces.
Season each steak with salt and pepper with a mixture of freshly ground peppers and leave to marinate for about half an hour.
Then fry on both sides until golden brown and simmer a little under the lid.
