
Gummy marmalade

As molds, you can use special molds, or candy packaging, or pour a layer and then cut into pieces
Add flavors if desired to get marmalade with different flavors and aromas
I added dyes, without them the marmalade is transparent, with a slight yellowish tinge (like lemon juice itself). Lemon juice 20 tsp. = 100ml
Crush the sweetener into powder
Add powder to lemon juice, mix thoroughly until completely dissolved
Pour gelatin into the juice, mix thoroughly
We put in the microwave on medium power and heat, periodically stopping and stirring the mixture until the gelatin is completely dissolved
In no case do we let it boil
At this stage, you can add flavors and colors
We pour our mixture into molds, let it cool
As the mixture cools down, we send it to the refrigerator until it solidifies
