Recipe preparation
Whip half a liter of cream (33%) until light and fluffy.
Heat a little in a water bath
Add sweetener to taste and 3 tsp cocoa powder. Mix well with a mixer.
Make sure there is no stiff foam on top (if there is, you need to stir it up gently with a spoon)
Leave to cool and place in freezer.
Stir every 20-30 minutes to prevent ice crystals from forming
When the ice cream has thickened well - you can eat it
