Recipe preparation

Grate cheese on a coarse grater and divide into six parts.

Pour water into a small saucepan, bring to a boil and reduce the gas to a minimum.

Pour 1 portion of cheese into a plastic bag and put it in boiling water, when the cheese melts evenly - take it out of the bag and shape into a cake on a silicone mat, put the filling inside and fill it like a dumpling

Filling: mash the Adyghe cheese with a fork, salt and add spices to taste.
