Recipe preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water and leave for about 20 minutes.

Mix proteins with sweetener

Beat with a mixer for 5 minutes

Add juice of one lemon and vanilla flavor

Beat again for 5 minutes.

Then put everything in a mold covered with cling film and let cool for 4 hours

Cut into cubes
