Recipe preparation

Prepare it like homemade mayonnaise. Using an immersion blender, blend oil with milk in a 1:2.5 ratio. It should thicken immediately; if not, add a little more oil gradually until you reach the desired consistency. Walnut oil works especially well.

Add cocoa, flavoring, and a sweetener to the mixture. You can also add 4–5 nuts of any kind.

It tastes best the next day, as the oil flavor may be noticeable if eaten right away.
