Recipe preparation

Soak gelatin in sparkling water. Once the gelatin swells, heat it over low heat until fully dissolved.

Whip the cream with a sweetener, then pour in the sparkling water with gelatin.

Whisk everything together and pour into molds.

Place in the refrigerator until set.
