Recipe preparation

Separate the leaves from the head of Chinese cabbage and put in a saucepan of boiling water for 5-7 minutes

Remove the leaves with a slotted spoon and let cool slightly

Make minced meat from beef, salt and pepper to taste

Put minced meat on a cooled leaf of Chinese cabbage and wrap it in an envelope

Pour one glass of hot water into a bowl and add a tablespoon of tomato paste, mix well and pour stuffed cabbage rolls over the resulting sauce

Put on the stove and simmer for 30-40 minutes
