Recipe preparation

Place the fish fillet in a blender bowl, add cream cheese and pieces of salted red fish.

Beat the mixture until smooth, add finely chopped greens if desired, mix thoroughly.

Put the finished pate in a suitable form, cover with a lid or pour over melted butter.

Put in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
