Baked Fish with Tomatoes and Cheese

Recipe preparation

Ingredients:

600 g lean fish fillet

1 tomato

3 tbsp sour cream or mayonnaise

3 cloves garlic

Fresh herbs to taste

Salt and pepper

50 g hard cheese

Instructions:

1. Cut the fish into small pieces, season with salt and pepper.

2. Place the fish in a baking dish.

3. Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic.

4. Spread sour cream or mayonnaise over the top.

5. Slice the tomato thinly into half-rings and layer on top. Season with a little salt.

6. Chop the herbs finely and grate the cheese.

7. Mix the cheese with the herbs and sprinkle on top as the final layer.

8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
