Recipe preparation
Cut one cucumber into thin long cubes, the second into slices.
Cut the fish into thin plastics.
Brush with cheese.
Lay out the cucumber cubes.
Collapse the roll.
Cut the roll into slices 1-2 cm thick.
If desired, cut figures (with a knife or molds) or just mugs from a cucumber circle.
Put the rolls on the cucumbers.
