Recipe preparation

Rinse the shirataki, boil in salted water for 5 minutes, drain, rinse.

Fry the raw bacon in one layer in a pan for 2 minutes on each side, season with salt and pepper.

Put shirataki in the same frying pan, fry a little, stirring occasionally.

If desired, grated cheese can be added to the plate.
