Recipe preparation
Soak gelatin in boiling water and let it sit for 15 minutes. Dissolve coffee and sweetener in boiling water.
In a blender, mix mascarpone and cream, then add the coffee and 1 teaspoon of rum. Heat the gelatin until it boils and add it to the main mixture. Blend everything together until smooth.
Pour into individual serving glasses and refrigerate overnight. Makes 5 servings of 120 g each.
