Whisk egg whites until hot peaks, add sweetener to taste
Dissolve gelatin in hot water and combine with proteins, pour into a rectangular shape and remove in the cold until solidification
Cut the resulting frozen jelly in half, coat with condensed milk and join together, cut into rectangles, cover with chocolate paste on all sides and refrigerate until solid
