Recipe preparation
Cut the pork ribs into rather large pieces, 5 to 10 cm wide.
Fold the ribs and sauerkraut in layers in a saucepan.
Fit quite tightly. Do not squeeze the cabbage, but do not pour the brine there either.
Fill with water - two to five cm above the stacked products.
Boil. As soon as the soup began to boil, immediately put on the smallest heat 1-2, cover with a lid and leave to simmer for at least 10-12 hours.
